No. Our mediation services are completely free of charge for you as a candidate. We are paid by the clients for whom we place people.
How long does a contract last? +
We focus on structural, long-term placements, not short-term project work. Most candidates work for the same client for two years or longer.
Does GLENSO also arrange my accommodation? +
Yes. We provide decent accommodation close to your workplace, already arranged before you arrive in the Netherlands.
What if you don't like it or something goes wrong? +
You have a dedicated point of contact at GLENSO throughout your entire process. Get in touch, and we will immediately look for a solution together.
Do I have to speak Dutch already? +
No, English is sufficient to get started for most positions. For some roles, we offer support with learning basic Dutch.
